Abstract

Fifteen patients with advanced gastric cancer were treated with a combination chemotherapy regimen of CCNU, 50FU, and mitomycin. Four patients(26%) achieved a objective partial remission. The duration of response was brief ranging from two months to five months. Our study shows that no therapeutic advantage was obtained by adding mltomycin-C to the regimen of CCNU and 5-FU combination.
